Whether you need to address a concern, provide feedback or navigate a disagreement, knowing how to approach the conversation can help you communicate with greater clarity and confidence. Join Elevated Performance Group for a live online workshop focused on practical skills and real workplace scenarios. Explore ways to prepare for challenging discussions, communicate your concerns respectfully and keep the conversation focused on a constructive outcome. This workshop is designed for leaders, managers, supervisors and professionals who want to feel better equipped to handle conversations they may otherwise avoid. The session will focus on: • Preparing for a difficult workplace conversation • Raising concerns clearly and respectfully • Listening and responding to different perspectives • Managing emotions and staying focused • Working towards clear next steps With a maximum of 15 participants, the workshop offers a small-group setting for practical learning and discussion. Cancellation Policy
Elevated Performance Group – Booking Policy Bookings and Payment All consultations must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Prices are in Australian dollars, with any applicable GST identified at checkout. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Requests made within 24 hours will be considered at EPG's discretion. Cancellations and Refunds More than 24 hours' notice: Full refund available. Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of up to 100% may apply, where permitted by law. Non-attendance: Booking fees may be forfeited if you fail to attend without notice, subject to your consumer rights. If EPG cancels an appointment, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Late Arrivals Please attend at your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation, as appointments must finish at their scheduled time. Online Consultations Consultations are generally conducted via Microsoft Teams. A meeting link will be provided before your appointment. Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and suitable private environment. If technical issues prevent the consultation from proceeding, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate alternative. Confidentiality Information shared during consultations will be handled confidentially, subject to applicable legal obligations. Please avoid including sensitive personal, employee or client information in booking forms.
